How to use 0.3.8 server (IMPORTANT!)

How to login on samp 0.3.8 with the new maps & skins in 3 steps.
Step one: Downloading 0.3.8

First of all you need the samp client installer 0.3.8 but first you should also have the 0.3.7-R2 in case if you wanna switch between both.
First: the 0.3.8 Client installer:

Second: the 0.3.7-R2 Client installer:

So simply you open the 0.3.8 Client installer i listed above first and you install it within the GTA SA directory and make sure you don't have SA-MP or GTA SA running on the background, if you keep getting an error restart your PC and make sure gta isn't running and then re-install.

Second Step: Models & Textures

Thanks to ems for uploading this to both you and the server he made it a lot easier on both of me and you guys, simply download this:

And unzip the outcome file, you'll get a folder with the server's ip, put that folder in the following directory:

GTA San Andreas User Files -> SAMP -> cache

IF you can't find the folder called cache simply create a new folder inside the folder called samp and name it cache then put the extracted folder in that.

After you put the extracted file inside cache and you have installed 0.3.8 client just launch the sa-mp client and connect to the server IP:

198.245.51.214:1337

and use the commands /gotovice (vice city) and /gotolib (liberty city).
WARNING: you might get heavy lag so lower your game settings and resolution and draw distance (from advanced display).

Step Three: Skin Pack

The link i'm going to post here has the current amount of skins different and special which you'll experience when you're in-game, you can post your suggestion about new skins down in the comments and i'll see what i can do about adding them, do note that i did not create those skins nor did i create the vice city/liberty city maps those maps were made by the developer of samp

How to use?

Simply extract the files into the cache folder in the server ip folder so the directory is:
GTA San Andreas User Files -> SAMP -> cache -> 198.245.51.214.1337
So you basically extract the skinpack.zip into that folder and normally login so that you don't have to download them in-game, all of these links are provided to help you and make it easier to get the models and textures without having to wait for it to load in-game, LINK FOR SKINPACK:
