ok, gb, imma tell u some simple steps to upload and post a pic.
1st:- If you don't know how to upload a picture on 'servimg.com' (default forum image hosting website) , then you can use  'http://postimage.org/' just click on 'browse' select a picture from your computer and simply click on upload.

2nd:- after uploading a picture, the website will show you many links like 'Link', 'Direct Link' etc. Copy the 'Direct Link Displayed there.

3rd:- come to forums, and post that link between [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]. example:- if i have direct link of my image be like 'xyz.com' i will post it up here like [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] (without space).
